## Note

The public-consistency pass from the October 26 upgrades scan. The fleet roster on the page caught up with the registry: Harbor and SocialContentDrafter gained cards, modal entries, and avatars in the house style, joining the five agents already shown. Insight's modal pointed at an intro video that does not exist; the dead reference is removed. The ARIA intro video was re-encoded from its 8.5 MB master to a 900 KB web copy. Both previously unlabelled videos (the ARIA feature card and the modal player) are now handled correctly for assistive technology, and the page gained a canonical link and an llms.txt. The hand-typed architecture counters in the page body were refreshed to the day's measured values. Two bookkeeping disclosures: this snapshot's staging copy was rebuilt byte-for-byte from this very deployment after it was deleted in error mid-pass (the published snapshot was never affected, and its hashes verify), and the cut swept three media-generation sidecar files into avatars/ that were not meant to be public assets; they were removed from the live tree in the following snapshot.
